At Wood Galore, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, seasoned firewood to our customers across the Hunter Valley and beyond. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order – such as incorrect wood type, missing items, or damage during delivery – please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product or quantity compared to your order
- Your firewood was damaged during delivery
- Your order was not delivered as agreed
In these cases, we may offer a replacement delivery, store credit, or refund – at our discretion.
Change of Mind
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, as firewood is a natural product and handled to order.
